Banquet

2025 Banquet Registration

This year's end-of-season banquet will take place at Casa Bianca on:

 November 13, 2025, from 6-9 pm.

The banquet will be open to cheerleaders grades 3-7 (cheerleader dinner cost is included in registration).

The price for parent/guardian to attend is

$50 each.

Due to room capacity, grades 3-7 are allowed 1 parent per cheerleader. Families with 2 or more cheerleaders are only allowed 2 parents.

NO SIBLINGS.

Grade 8 can have both parents and siblings allowed. Registration for the banquet will be open online this MONDAY 10/20/2025 TROUGH 11/7/2025.
Please be sure to select the correct price level when registering.

CHEERLEADERS should register under CHEERLEADER.

ADVISORS should register under ADVISOR.

PARENTS should register under PARENT.

COACHES should register under COACH.

8TH GRADE SIBLINGS should register under 8th grade family member.

All cheerleaders who are attending must be registered online. 

EACH CHEERLEADER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/ADULT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM FOR THE NIGHT. Parents MUST ALSO be REGISTERED ONLINE AND have paid (please note if you pay online  with a credit card there will be a 2% fee added to your total). We accept electronic check payments with no fee.

All payments for the banquet are due no later than 11/6/2025 and must be paid online            NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE MANDATORY FUNDRAISER FOR 2025 YOUR CHILD/CHEERLEADER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND BANQUET as per the JTRCA by laws see below.

Fundraising: It is mandatory for each cheerleader to participate in any fundraising activity organized by JTRCA or they are responsible for the buyout option
Financial Responsibility:
• All registration fees and fundraising fees must be current before a cheerleader is permitted to participate.
